Reactions

The emoji reaction feature uses your device's local storage to remember which articles you've reacted to. This data stays on your device and is never sent to us or any third party.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use the site — for example, which articles are read most and how readers navigate between pages. Google Analytics collects anonymized usage data. IP addresses are anonymized before any data is stored. We do not use this data to identify individual visitors. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).

When you click a headline or "View original article," you leave Good Report and visit the publisher's website. Their privacy policy applies to that visit. We don't control or monitor what they collect.

Citation text is generated in your browser from stored article metadata. Nothing is sent to an external service to generate it.
